If you change your mind, you can return your item! Whether for a refund or an exchange, you should return the product to our warehouse. If the product is new, there is no problem!

You have 14 days from the delivery date to advise you would like to return the product. The first thing to do is to contact our customer service via the contact form or by email by writing to info@tools4pro.com.

Product is new and you still have its original boxes?

The product must be new, it cannot be open, used or tested and it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories. As soon as we receive the parcel, we will check its condition before confirming acceptance of the return. The package will be opened in front of a camera to ensure there is no confusion.

Choose the carrier you want to return your parcel.

You will be responsible for the return. This means we won’t assume the shipping cost of the return.

You can return the package to our address or ask us to organize this shipment for you. However, note that the costs incurred for the return will be deducted from your refund. Ask us and we will send you the approximate cost of the return.

14 days to advise us, 14 days to return item.

You have up to 14 days (natural) to advise that you want to return your product. After that, you have 14 days to return the item to our warehouse.

We’ll refund the item as soon as it’s received.

Returning your product, you claim reimbursement of its value. This means that the delivery charge of your order won’t be refunded. As stated before, if we organize the return, this cost will also be deducted.

Then, you can then opt for an exchange or refund.

Change your item by returning it to our warehouse.

If you would like to receive a more expensive product, we will send you a voucher for the value of the returned product. You will be able to place a new order using this voucher code at the end of your purchase order.

If it is a cheaper product that you want, your new order will be validated and we will refund the difference.

This is also possible to issue a voucher for your next order. Just let us know!

Prefer a refund? Same process.

If you would like to cancel your order and get a refund, you must return your item following the instructions and return conditions. Then, we will proceed to refund the value of the product using the payment method you chose.

This is not possible to return a used or tested product.
